Policies

We are now requiring all clients to have a card on file. We have the right to charge your card in the event that you no show or 48 hours is not given. All cancellations outside of the 48 hour mark will be charged 50% of the missed appointment, if it is your third time cancelling without 48 hours notice you will be charged for the full appointment. No shows will be charged full price.

We will not charge your card for anything other than No Shows/Cancellations unless stated otherwise by the client themselves.

Cards on File

If you are unable to make your appointment please contact us via phone at (717) 804-9090 or email at xquisitelandm@gmail.com within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees. You may call or text us at any time letting us know, even on weekends. Please note: The number you receive appointment reminders and the number you receive your Covid-19 Waiver Form from are numbers associated with Vagaro and our notifications solely, if you respond to those numbers we will NOT receive the message.

*There will be no penalty for a first-time cancellation, in the event that a 48-hour notice is given. Second cancellation you will be responsible for paying half of the missed appointment. Third cancellation + any future cancellations after that will result in full payment of missed appointment.

Cancellations

Clients who do not show up for an appointment without notice will be charged for the full amount of the service they were scheduled for. If you wish to book with Michele and have cancelled or no showed a previous appointment with her there will be a $25 deposit to rebook.

No Shows

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we have the right to reschedule your appointment if we do not have enough time.


Late Arrivals

All deposits are non-refundable/non-transferrable. If a client is unable to attend their scheduled appointment for any reason, their deposit will not be lost if they provide a 48-hour notice prior to the time of their scheduled appointment. In order for the deposit to be retained, the new appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment date and time.


Deposits

If you call less than 48 hours and there is nowhere to be moved you will be charged. If it’s been 4 weeks and 1 day you may schedule a 1 ½ fill or a new set.

Lash Clients

If you have to cancel your touch up appointment for permanent makeup past the 8 weeks for any reason there will be an additional $60 fee, so the total would be $160. This is including cancellations for medical reasons as well (surgery, pregnancy, etc.) If you choose to forgo your 6-8 Week Perfecting Retouch you will still be required to pay the remaining $100.


Permanent Makeup Clients

In response to Covid we have set policies in place to protect our clients and staff. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be violating any of these guidelines.

  • The Covid-19 Waiver Form you receive 24 hours prior to your appointment must be completed before every appointment.
  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, if you arrive early we ask that you please wait in your car.
  • No guests, including children.
  • Face masks are mandatory upon entering.
  • Reschedule if feeling ill, have a fever or have been around someone who is sick.
