Meet The Xquisite Team
Rachael got into the permanent makeup industry after having a bad experience getting her eyebrows tattoos and has been in the beauty industry for 21+ years since. She wanted to find a way to have her brows corrected and along the way found a passion for the industry and wanted to help others that have gone through similar situations. Rachael has gone through extensive training to become certified in eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, microblading and skincare treatments. She is very detail-oriented and strives to make every client's experience worth remembering by reflecting her true passion and artistic abilities throughout her work. Her passion allows her to continue growing her business by continuously learning new techniques so she can offer her clients more.

Rachel Noldon
Jessica is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years in nursing and 10 years as an advanced practice provider. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania and her Master's degree in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care from Walden University. In addition to her work in aesthetics, Jessica currently practices as a Nurse Practitioner in the Cardiac Surgical ICU at York Hospital, bringing a strong clinical foundation and attention to detail to every treatment she performs. Jessica specializes in non-surgical aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, biostimulators, dermal fillers, PRP, medical weight loss, and laser hair removal. She is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best, focusing on natural, confidence-boosting results.

Michele has been a nurse for 31 years, a nurse practitioner for 22 years and has recently integrated anesthetic medicine into her career. Michele graduated from University of Delaware with a master’s degree in nursing and Salisbury State University with a post master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Michele specializes in non-surgical treatments including Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. She is dedicated to administering personal and safe anesthetic results with a natural look.
