Rachael got into the permanent makeup industry after having a bad experience getting her eyebrows tattoos and has been in the beauty industry for 14+ years since. She wanted to find a way to have her brows corrected and along the way found a passion for the industry and wanted to help others that have gone through similar situations. Rachael has gone through extensive training to become certified in eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, microblading and skincare treatments. She is very detail-oriented and strives to make every client's experience worth remembering by reflecting her true passion and artistic abilities throughout her work. Her passion allows her to continue growing her business by continuously learning new techniques so she can offer her clients more.

Rachel Noldon
Nikki has worked in the beauty industry since graduating high school in 2012 and has a high standing reputation for brows. Nikki has formerly worked as a Benefit Arch Expert and adding to her love for brows, has gone through extensive training through PhiAcademy to become a microblading artist. She has since become certified in eyelash extensions and eyelash lifting and completed permanent makeup training with the Mark of Beauty Academy. Nikki’s artistic abilities shine through in all her work and have allowed her to come to her own style. Her biggest goal is to find what makes a person feel beautiful and bring it out for the world to see.

Michele is a board certified nurse practitioner who completed a botulinum toxin and dermal filler program. Michele has been a nurse for 31 years, a nurse practitioner for 22 years and has recently integrated anesthetic medicine into her career. Michele graduated from University of Delaware with a master’s degree in nursing and Salisbury State University with a post master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Michele specializes in non-surgical treatments including Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers. She is dedicated to administering personal and safe anesthetic results with a natural look.

Alyssa is a wearer of many hats at Xquisite Med Spa. Alyssa handles all things reception, is the face behind our social media and one of our Certified Laser Hair Removal Technicians. She graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Journalism but after taking the time to focus on her fashion blog, A Small Town Fashionista, she soon realized she wanted to pursue a career in Marketing. Alyssa had previously worked as Marketing and Events Coordinator for Susquehanna Style Magazine and has since loved venturing into the Med Spa industry.

Sarah has been in the esthetics world for 3 years now. She first started with her true passion, lashes and facials, but now has the awesome opportunity here at Xquisite Med Spa to broaden her skills! She will now be offering Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, and HydraFacials. She believes what keeps her eager about her profession is to see her clients achieve their goals that they’ve only dreamt about. She can’t wait to not only make you look good, but feel good as well!
